The Good Stuff

I just got off the phone with our realtor and she called to inform me that the sellers accepted our offer and we're about to have a new address!

Of course this is all pending a good inspection and no major events at closing. But we're not anticipating any problems. I promised pictures, so here's my favorite part of the house, the kitchen.

Note the tile counter tops and the fabulous cabinets. :)



Here's the kitchen and breakfast area. The raised spanish-style tile is my FAVE! This room opens up into the den. The kitchen has a really high ceiling...at the top right of the kitchen is an upstairs loft that overlooks the kitchen on one side and the formal living room on the other.



I have some MAJOR furniture shopping to do. I can't wait!!
